1. Manufacturing Units

Klene Paks Limited operates 6 manufacturing units in 3 different Locations in Karnataka. We are a fully integrated company offering quality woven sacks and fabric rolls. The company has a production capacity of 60,000 MT per annum, beside the organization is accredited with ISO 9001:2008 Certification and our world-class infrastructure is characterized by latest technology, and an amiable working environment.

2. Machinery

We have invested heavily in maintaining robust infrastructure. We have installed the latest machineries from world’s best suppliers. Each manufacturing unit is specialized in manufacturing a variety of packing material, thereby providing maximum efficiency and quality control.

Extrusion plant:
The Inventory of Tape plant consists of most modish version of state-of art machines from M/S Lohia Starlingers & JP Extrusions . These machines are supported by Dosing & Hot Air Drier unit from M/S Prasad Koch Tech which feeds raw material in hot and pre-determined proportions which is extruded and wound into bobbins in winders.

Looms:
Looms inventory consists of high speed 6 shuttle world class power looms 1-5 yrs old of Lohia Starlinger, GCL & SLV Lenos. These looms are structured to produce 624 varieties of fabrics capacitated in variance of 12” to 55” unique in the sub-continent catering to all applications such as Cement, fertilizers, packaging solutions for all food and bulk Pharma.

Lamination:
JP Industries make lamination machines are designed to give an extra coating of plastic on the all measurements of woven and nonwoven fabrics which may include BOPP film also as per the clientele needs.

Twisting Yarn machine:
The tape line plants in-house are equipped to fibrillate the tapes and further these tapes are twisted to increase the strength in twisting yarn machine of M/S Kristeel –Shinwa make.

Liner and Pouches machine:
M/S Kabra & M/S Rajoo form the inventory of liner machines producing HMHDPE / LLDPE / LDPE lines & pouches capacitated for 15”-48”.

Compounding additive machine:
M/s Steer Extrusion coupled with under-water Palletizers `from BKG Germany manufactures quality compounding additives.

Re-Cycling Plant:
Austrian New Generation Re-cycling machine(NGR) constitute the Re-Cycling plant converts all forms of Plastic waste to usable RP-Granules.

3. Bag Making Unit

We are producing 6 million woven bags per month and total bag making capacity is 10 Million bags per month. Our finishing unit is well equipped with latest stitching machines, cutting machines, bailing machines and printing machines. We have a dedicated team for inhouse inspection and quality checks.

Stitching team: We have employed and trained many people from local area, providing them a source of income. These technicians are experienced and process best quality output. We have also employ semi-skilled and trainee employees needed in various stages of production, e.g. folding, packing etc.

Quality control team: In addition to factory labors, we also employ a host of other people needed in different sections. Our dedicated and skilled quality control teams ensure customer’s specifications are met and no compromise in quality. Quality inspection team routinely checks all raw materials procured from various vendors.

Printing Team: Increasing demand from our customers has motivated us to set up a separate section of printing. The skilled team can design as per customer’s specification which is later transferred to the printing team entrusted in branding bags. We offer maximum of three printing colors on a bag. Our large ventilated factory provides us an advantage of quick drying resulting in superior finished good.

Packing Team: We have trained our employees and made a separate packing team to pack bags and rolls. Our packaging is 100% customized and for each customer we do packaging as per their requirements.

4. Logistics and Supply Chain

We have our own multiple transport vehicles with a carrying capacity up to 24 tons. Our own transport network provides us benefit of seamless movement of goods as well as cost reduction. This, in turn, improves our commitment to deliver the goods on time and stick to schedules.

In order to improve our delivery schedules and fullfill our commitments we are operating 52 warehouses in south India, from these warehouse our customers can get products on time. In each warehouse we keep stocks ready as per the customer demands.
